WHAT IS ITEM VALUE COVERAGE?
It is a renter’s protection feature on their items in case something happen inside the warehouse with these events only:
1) damaged by the assistant (not affected by acts of natural like earthquake and typhoon)
2) lost item inside the warehouse only (not affected by acts of natural like earthquake and typhoon)
Any events happen outside the warehouse are not covered.
The value of the said item will be based on the market price and the maximum value will be based on your rental plan.

No unboxing updates if your storage is 90% full until all items are settled for shipment.

WHAT IS SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Shipping rates are constantly changing and we are dropping off to the service hub directly (no middleman or third party). This will serve as our allowance in case their rates have been increased without our control. We will be transparent on the price breakdown. The required deposit is 3,000 PHP for D-HL and 1,000 PHP for EMS. This is recommended for packages on box packaging.
If you wish to remove this feature, we will adjust the overall rates with available logistics partner that has already shipping proposal ahead.INSPECTION
All items will go under manual inspection by warehouse assistant before handling over to the logistics partner.VALUE DECLARATION
0.1 to 1kg - 1000 PHP
Every succeeding kilo - 1,000 PHP

- 300 PHP downpayment (non-refundable)
- 1 to 5 items in any quantity. Ensure that they can fit to 25 x 30 bubble mailer or 32 x 32 x 10cm box
For discounts, providing packing materials are also open as long as it is made from paper kraft or eco-friendly materials. PLEASE DO NOT SEAL FOR INSPECTION.
